Practically all our daily activities in a developed countries leave some carbon footprint.

Simply by living in a developed country, we cannot help producing carbon that ends up in the atmosphere. And more carbon in the atmosphere means more global warming. So it’s good to try and reduce your carbon footprint. You can feel less guilty about your carbon footprint by reducing carbon producing activities, such as driving less, using power saving appliances, eating organic food and so on. SavingSpecies offers a way you can reduce your net carbon footprint to zero. Yup. That’s guilt-free! Simply donate to SavingSpecies to restore degraded forests for wildlife habitat. The trees soak up carbon. If we plant enough of them in your name, your net carbon production will be reduced to zero.
